COMPREHENSIVE STATE BROADBAND DATA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
TO QUALIFIED BIDDERS: The VI Public Finance Authority (PFA), requests the
services of a professional contractor to provide Comprehensive State Broadband
Data Development Program under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The PFA’s Office of Economic
Opportunity (OEO) was awarded four grants - the State Broadband Data Development
Program to provide data mapping and planning services;
the Comprehensive Community Infrastructure
(CCI)
for the buildout of
the network,
the Public Computing Centers (PCC)
to establish, renovate and provide
public computing centers and the
Sustainable Broadband Adoption (SBA)
for awareness and public education on broadband technology.
The RFP will specifically address the consulting services for implementation
of :
Phase II State Broadband Data Development Program and Integration of the
Phase I State Broadband Data Development Program.
Bidders may pick up a hard copy RFP package, request the solicitation by e-mail,
or access the RFP from the OEO or PFA websites effective Friday, February 11th, 2011 as
