• During December 2011, renovations began; floors were pulled up, sheetrock installed, ceiling suspension materials purchased, cashier windows installed at all locations; Fusion Solution completed the IT and Telephone rough-in work. Tutu Par Mall provided clean-out services of the sewer lines

• No project updates were received until June 2011 when the grant period was documented as being extended from 6/29/2011 - 6/30/2012

September 2009 - September 2010

• A contractor was selected in May 2010; the Letter to Proceed and contract was signed; checks issued
• During January 2010, project stakeholders were able to obtain a government permit, notice of federal interest, recording with Lt. Governor's office, lease for additional space, and an owner's agreement letter
• During November 2009, the dental space was documented as being fully complete. The drawings for the mall expansion were also completed and submitted
• During September 2009, the mobilization of dental space was documented as being 25% complete
